Coming soon to Oliver Street: Buffalo Wings & Brewhouse

After two years of reconstruction, Buffalo Wings & Brewhouse is a few months away from opening where a former convenience store once served North Tonawanda.
Matt Bille plans to open the business, a community-oriented beverage center and takeout restaurant in September at 653 Oliver St., a building that was formerly the Bestaste Mini Market.
Beer, wine, coffee, kombucha and chicken wings are just the beginning of the menu, currently under development. Food options should include vegetarian or vegan options by the time it’s finished, Bille said. Pierogi and falafel are under consideration.
It will operate as a bottle shop, where people can buy beverages to drink or take home. There will be 16 draft lines, tilted toward local draft offerings from places like Community Beer Works and Resurgence, and Bootleg Bucha.
A full line of Gimme Coffee, roasted in Ithaca, will be available in drink and bag form. “I can’t say enough about how excited I was when I called them and they agreed to be a brand in the store,” said Bille. “That’s what I drink in here at the house.”
